How can I request prices?


You can request a price quote for any product directly through our website.

Simply click on "Request" . Our system will then automatically create a request with all the items you have selected.

You can view your selected items at any time via the "Quote" button on the right side of the screen.

As soon as we receive your request, we will check availability and send you a customized offer via email.

How does the inquiry and ordering process work?


You select the desired items and submit them via "Inquiries" . Once you submit your inquiry, we will check availability, condition, and shipping options. You will then receive a personalized offer.

The order will only be placed and shipped after your confirmation.

What is the condition of the offered items?


Our items can be new , overhauled, or used (serviceable/as-removed) . The exact condition and available documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1) will be clearly indicated in the offer.

What documents are included with the parts?


All parts offered are supplied with the relevant aviation-specific documents, where available. These include, among others, EASA Form 1 , logbook extracts, or certificates of "overhauled" or "serviceable" status. These documents will be clearly displayed in the offer.

Is there a warranty or return policy?


The warranty depends on the specific condition of the item and the technical documentation. Returns are often restricted for aviation-related components, as many parts require documentation and certification. We will inform you of the specific terms and conditions individually in our offer.

Can items be reserved?


A reservation is generally possible, provided the item is available. The duration and conditions depend on the specific item and will be agreed upon with you.

Do you provide support with export and customs documents?


Yes. For international shipments, we can assist you with all relevant export and customs documents upon request. The scope of support depends on the type of item and the destination country.

Can I use my own shipping company or arrange for pickup?


Yes. For large or fragile items, you can arrange your own shipping company or organize a pickup. We will coordinate the handover directly with you.

Which payment methods are accepted?


Payments are generally made via bank transfer . Items available for purchase in the shop can also be paid for by credit card , PayPal , Klarna , or American Express . Depending on the item and customer preference, individual payment methods can be arranged. Payment is only due after order confirmation.

Are all items immediately available?


Availability depends on stock levels. Items not in stock are checked and removed from the shop as quickly as possible.

Is delivery abroad possible?


Yes. We ship worldwide – both within the EU and internationally. You will receive further details about shipping options with your individual quote.

What is the average shipping time?


Shipping times can vary significantly depending on the item type, size, and destination. For smaller items, shipping is based on the following average guidelines:

  • Shipping within Germany: usually 5–8 working days . As we organize shipping in addition to our ongoing daily business, it may take a little longer in individual cases.
  • International shipping: usually 10–20 working days , depending on the destination country, the transport route and possible delays due to customs and import processes.

Larger or heavier items – such as engine parts or components with special packaging – require individual transport arrangements. We will therefore inform you of the estimated shipping time in our offer after reviewing the details.

How much are the shipping costs?


Shipping costs depend heavily on the item's weight, dimensions, and destination country. For smaller items, we use the standard shipping rates of major parcel services – these are transparent and easily calculable.

For large or heavy items, costs can vary considerably depending on packaging requirements, shipping company, and transport route. Therefore, we calculate shipping costs individually and will provide you with the exact costs in your quote.

Do they buy spare parts?

We continuously purchase aviation-related spare parts, engines, and components. If you would like to offer parts, please send us an inquiry with the following information:

  • Part name and manufacturer
  • Serial numbers and year of manufacture
  • Condition of the parts (new, refurbished, used)
  • Available documents (e.g. EASA Form 1, logbook extracts)

After reviewing your information, we will prepare a customized purchase offer for you. If necessary, we can also inspect large or particularly valuable items directly.

Can I request photos and additional information in advance?


Upon request, we can provide you with photos, serial numbers or technical information about the items to help you make your decision.

Do you also sell to private customers or only to commercial buyers?


We sell to both commercial buyers and businesses , as well as to private customers .
